NOTE: Due to the high transaction fees charged by credit card companies, City Floral Landscaping accepts only cash or check payments for all non-maintenance work unless approved otherwise. However, as an added convenience for our clients who are under contract for ongoing garden maintenance services, we are allowing credit card payments through an automatic payment option. Please initial below whether you desire to take advantage of this offer.

If you would like to enroll in the automatic payment service, please complete a Garden Maintenance Agreement or Landscape Design Consultation Agreement. Please note that the automatic payment option DOES NOT apply to special projects or additional services outside the scope of the Garden Maintenance Agreement or when approved otherwise for other services.
